This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for our services, with specific conditions to be aware of. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Refund Eligibility in case of payment mode

  • Refund is eligible for all modes: UPI, Net Banking, Debit card payment, Credit card payment, and cash only.
  • A refund request shall not be accepted if the payment is made in the following modes: debit card EMI, credit card EMI, or education loan (finance).

Refunds are subject to the following conditions

  • This is to inform you that for recorded classes, fees will not be refunded in any situation whatsoever.
  • For <if there’s any prathama subscription based program> and any subscription-based service: Please note that and any subscription-based service fees paid by any candidate are non-refundable in any situation whatsoever. However, if anyone purchases a course where a subscription-based service is included as a package, then, in that situation, the purchaser can claim a refund for the total course fees.
  • Eligibility Period: The student may request a refund for our live classes only after the first class of the course has been obtained with a valid reason. The request should be mailed from the registered email address of the student to support@investeen.com only within 24 hours of the completion of the first class.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your written refund request, we will review it in a timely manner. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding GST and convenience charges.

Refund Denial

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if it does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.

Common Reasons for Denial May Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Request received after the eligibility period has expired.
  • Completion of the second class or session of the course.
  • Failure to provide the necessary information and proof of purchase.
  • Tax amounts or convenience charges will not be refunded in any case whatsoever.
